William's LEGO MOCs and Reviews

LEGO has posted a teaser video that provides further proof that a model of FC Barcelona's football stadium, Camp Nou, is set to be revealed, and perhaps released soon. Watch the video after the break and stay tuned for more information!  

LEGO China and Caterpillar China have published the first images of the Technic 42131 Cat D11 Bulldozer that's due for release on October 1st. Google's poor translation of the posts reads as follows: "A replica model of the largest Cat bulldozer to date. Through the CONTROL+ app, you can control its walking and steering, and even the movement of blades, rippers and ladders."

Following their early appearance in a LEGO catalog during December, official images of the upcoming Eternals product range have been published by Yahoo Entertainment! Unfortunately, their resolution is fairly low, but these images are clearer than the existing catalog photos and prices have now been confirmed. Four sets are included, ranging in size from the small 76145 Eternals' Aerial Assault to the spectacular 76156 Rise of the Domo, which contains 1040 pieces.

Details of three of this year's Christmas sets have been revealed at LEGO.com today: We now have better images of the fourth and final seasonal vignette/animal set for the year, 40498 Penguin. 40494 Polar Bear & Gift Pack is another hanging ornament set, the second Christmas-themed one after last year's 854050 Snowman & Reindeer Duo A polybag, 30580 Santa Claus, has been listed at LEGO Customer Services but without an image or inventory, so we'll have to wait and see exactly what it is, but I suspect it'll be a buildable figure similar to others like 30573. The first two will be available at LEGO.com from 1st October.  

Following the discovery   of   77941   Mighty Dinosaurs and   77942   Fiat 500 on the LEGO instructions portal, two more revised versions of existing sets have been uncovered. The first is 77940 Mighty Dinosaurs, a third variant of 31058 Mighty Dinosaurs which was released during 2017. 77944 Fire Station Headquarters also takes inspiration from a previous set: 60110 Fire Station from 2016. However, this example introduces changes besides cosmetic ones, containing different minifigures and changing parts of the building .

After much deliberation, I have come to a decision, the livery for my Dreamliner is going to be changed. Originally planning to do a Japan Airlines 787, I have since stumbled upon vector drawings of an Emirates 787-8. Now, I know that Emirates doesn't operate the -8, so this will be a sort of "what if" model. Aside from that, I have made some major progress on my 787 MOC that I wanted to share.
