2021 Marvel Set Leak! Its a weird one...

We have a summer 2021 leak here, and it's undoubtedly one of the weirdest choices LEGO has made for a Marvel set. Set number is unknown at the moment (due to bad image quality), but the set name is Thor's New Asgard House.




With 202 pieces, two (supposedly) new minifigures plus a brick-built character, and a unique build style makes for an interesting set. Honestly, this looks like a SDCC (San Diego Comic Con) exclusive, however, the box proves that it is indeed not one.

The figures are:

  • Fat Thor, with no shirt.....interesting
  • Korg, the talking, walking rock who befriends Thor
  • Miek, a humanoid bug, represented by a minfig head on top of two 1x1 flower plates

Retail is 30 USD, releases August 1 in the US

Also there appears to be a picture of Thor and Valkyrie hanging on the wall. Its been rumored that on the TV screen there is a reference to Fortnite, which is odd, because TLG has rules against first-person shooter games in their sets.

So, its ANOTHER weird looking Endgame set. I won't be buy this, that's for sure. Let me know down in the comments if you like this 2021 Marvel set.

USS Cherokee WWII fleet tug MOC

  My newest MOC, the USS Cherokee (AT-66), a World War II Cherokee -class fleet tugboat.  Inspired by an amazing model of the Cherokee by the designer Chuck, I took the details and techniques that I liked from his and put them into my build.  Externally the two are very similar, bar the color scheme, however, the inside of my Cherokee is is much more over-engineered. Built to 1/200 scale with around 850 pieces, this amazing display model measures  32cm long, 7cm wide, and 21cm tall.
